油墨是为了在PP等硬质聚烯烃类材料上印刷而开发出来的挥发性干燥型的油墨。
    
    推荐用途
    经处理PP片材，未处理PP片材，经处理PE瓶等硬质聚烯烃类，以及金属涂装板等上的印刷。
    (PP:是聚丙烯的简称，PE:是聚乙烯的简称)
    
    特长
    对聚烯烃类材质的附着性。 
    油墨皮膜强韧，耐磨耗性佳。 
    耐油性，耐酒精性与耐化学药品性。 
    耐光性，耐水性，耐湿性好。

PP油墨特性：免处理、耐磨达6级、耐刮达5级、耐酒精、白电油、溶济、抗酸、碱，曲折性好、好调色，耐候性佳，油墨细腻均匀好施工，划格子用3M胶子粘性能测试通过附着力强，低气味无毒油墨。
PP油墨用途：硬质PP、有处理之PE材质、如、文具夹、化状瓶、药瓶、商标、掉牌、溶器罐、头盔、汽车部件、电子制品配件、电器产品配件、特种行业的产品，等聚丙烯材质（PP）的印刷或喷涂工艺。
PP系列油墨 
　　油墨特性：拥有和德国彩丽宝一样的颜色，主要用于PP、PE、BOPP等材料上，具有高色泽、高色彩、高遮盖力、高稳定性、耐酒精及耐磨擦之特点。 
　　印刷：丝印移印均可。 
　　表干及实干时间：表干时间自然挥发5-10分钟；实干时间在24小时以内。 
　　稀释及清洗：SV3慢干开油水、UVK1（移印开油水）同时可使用718洗网水清洗。 
　　 
　　测试方法（完全干燥后）： 
　　1、3m胶纸粘在画有百格的油墨表面，45度角迅速拉起不脱油； 
　　2、纯度99%的工业酒精，一千克砝码用棉布包住在油墨表面，以水平力来回拉200次无脱色； 
　　3、耐磨：橡皮擦500g力水平来回擦500次。 
　　 
　　使用方法： 
　　1、使用前应充分搅拌，用后随时封闭； 
　　2、搅拌时加开油水10-15%，稀释到印刷粘度； 
　　3、网板塞网时可用洗网水清洗； 
　　4、不得与其它类型油墨混合使用。 
　　 
　　注意事项： 
　　1、塑胶材料的外观相似，但可能会是不同的材料，客户需试印确定其符合要求后，再批量印刷； 
　　2、在移印过程中，如出现拉丝或散开，可适当加入一些慢干膏即可； 
　　3、环境温度过高，将会影响油墨原有质量；

Method of use:
1, before the use should be fully mixing, use at any time after the closure;
2, mixing an additional 10-15% in oil and water, diluted to printing viscosity;
3, mesh plug mesh can be used when washing network water cleaning;
4, shall not be mixed with other types of ink.
The matters needing attention:
1, the plastic material of similar appearance, but may be of different materials, customers need to try to determine its re, and then bulk printing;
2, in the printing process, such as drawing or spread out,may be appropriate to add some slow dry paste can be;
3, the ambient temperature is too high, it will affect the  of the original ink;
4, according to the climate change, please stay away from fire, stored in dark environment.
