二产品特性:印刷前产品需火焰处理,对已处理HDPE高密度PE,PP,PE,LDPE低密度PE等材质有超强附着力,适用于UV丝印.

三使用方法:

1可直接使用.

2在印刷过程中感觉油墨太浓可加适量专用稀释剂后使用.

3印好的产品需用UV紫外线光固,金属卤素灯120w/cm,1灯,焦点距离10cm,传送速度20m/min.

350网目/inch以上,溶胶厚10μm以下的PET版.印刷面积约70～90㎡/kg.

Three methods of use:

1 can be used directly.

2 in the printing process, feel that the ink is too strong, add proper amount of special thinner.

3 printed products need UV UV light, metal halogen lamp 120w/cm, 1 lights, focus distance 10cm, transmission speed 20m/min.

350 mesh size /inch above, PET thickness below 10 m, printing area of 70~90 /kg.
