产品特性：印刷品表面平滑，光泽好于PPF系列，对PP、PE材料有良好的附着力，印刷适应性佳，高耐磨性。
 使用方法：1、网目：150-350网目。 
           2、网版：耐有机溶剂感光胶制作网版。 
           3、刮刀：60-90℃,耐溶剂刮刀,如聚胺脂刮刀。 
           4、用量：每公斤用250目网版可印刷36平方米。 
           5、印刷（印前准备,印刷过程）。
干　燥：自然挥发干燥（表干20分钟、实干24小时以上）或100℃以下热风吹干 
选用溶剂：719快干水，718中干水，783慢干水，因印刷环境温度、通风量及印刷图案大小不同进行适当选择网板清洗：选用有机溶剂清洗（如：洗网水）
产品包装：1公斤装、5公斤装、20公斤装储存条件：5℃—25℃条件下可存放两年，避免强光照射、防接触强酸、强碱，用塑胶罐包装。
注意事项：              
1、使用该产品进行印刷时，因PP、PE材质的表面张力较大，请先作好测试后再进行印刷。对于PE材料，有可能产生附着力不佳的现象，这时可以加入2%—5%的PP附着力促进剂进行印刷测试，视其效果。
2、对于表面张力较小的材料，可先用PP处理水或火焰处理法对底材进行处理后印刷，这样可以提高油墨的附着力。
3、该油墨属于慢反应固着型油墨，测试附着力必需在印刷后24小时以上再进行测试。 Substrate: PP (polypropylene), PE (polyethylene) and similar materials

Matters needing attention：
1, when using this product to print, the surface tension of the PP and PE material is large, please make the test first and then print it. For PE material, it is possible to produce poor adhesion, then 2% - 5% PP adhesion promoter can be added to the printing test, depending on its effect.
2, for materials with smaller surface tension, the PP can be treated with water or flame treatment to print the substrate before printing, so that the adhesion of the ink can be increased.
3. The ink belongs to the slow reaction fixing ink, and the test adhesion must be tested more than 24 hours after the printing.
